Before the Malaysia Survey, 
Already Dr Shaik Chand pasha has Understood the Matter and Submit the intimation to Official Allowance indian high Commission Malaysia.. 

Mr. Portkuri Linga Reddy, an Indian National With leg injuries, had Overstayed in Malaysia for Over five years Without valid Documentation. In 2024, he Obtained an Emergency Certificate (EC); However, it Expired before he Was able to Return to India.

In March 2025, We Received an Email Regarding his Situation and initiated Efforts to locate him. With the Assistance of Mr. Satya, Assistant of the Telugu Association, Mr. Linga Reddy was Successfully traced in Ipoh On 6th March 2025. Given his Medical Condition, Mr. Satya Provided him with Temporary Shelter and Support. It Was Confirmed That his Previous EC had Expired, and with the help of an NGO, steps Were Taken to Apply for a New EC.
Mr. Sheik Chand from the Telugu Association in India Arranged The Flight Ticket and liaised With Mr. Linga Reddy’s Family. Meanwhile, Mr. Satya Facilitated the Payment of the immigration fine. The Indian Mission Supported the Process of issuing a new EC and Scheduled an Appointment With the immigration Department to Complete the necessary Clearances. Due to Mr. Linga Reddy’s Medical Condition, the Mission coordinated Closely with Mr. Mano to Ensure Smooth Processing of the immigration formalities.
Mr. Linga Reddy Safely Returned to India On 1st May 2025.
